What is a Hague Convention Apostille?
An Apostille is a certificate issued by a designated authority in a country signatory to the 1961 Hague Convention. It certifies the authenticity of the signature, seal, and capacity of the person signing a public document (e.g. birth certificate, police clearance, university degree) for use in another member country.
